Job descriptionAs a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Help and Advice will support the CEO in delivering the Charity’s vision, key commitments and ambition for significant growth through a 5-year collaborative and integrated approach to organisational change. They will develop and champion the Charity’s overarching strategy for Help & Advice by leading a diverse, central and regional team of specialists. They will also drive innovation and balance it with best practice in order to ensure that the Charity always offers the most effective help, advice and specialist services.
