Charity News Review: October Edition
Introduction
Our thanks to all of you who were able to join us in London for our annual conference last week – I hope you found it as rewarding and productive as we did!
Around the theme of embracing change, we brought together a group of panellists and speakers who shared insights around digital innovation (and the digital divide), the power of data in our sector, showcasing collaboration, re-modelling grantmaking and the impact of flexible working on charities. However, as always, the opportunity to bring together colleagues across the network to renew working relationships and friendships was probably the most powerful takeaway.
Closing the programme was our Annual Awards ceremony, a great opportunity to shine a light on the tremendous achievements of our colleagues over the last year – congratulations to our winners and all those shortlisted, details here.
As promoted at the event, we are looking forward to launching two key initiatives in the autumn – our first Salary Benchmarking/Working Patterns survey and our forthcoming Case Worker training platform – more details to follow!
