Frontline Training Programme

The ACO is thrilled to bring free CPD accredited training for members working in Casework, Support and Grants driven roles.

• The training sessions, delivered by Shelter will cover a range of pertinent topics for frontline staff, supporting individuals facing financial and emotional hardship.

• Sessions will be run online and delivered by subject experts. Trainers will run interactive and tailor-made content for ACO member charities to ensure information is relevant and up-to-date.

• There will be a maximum of 20 attendees per session, with sessions running multiple times on different days.
