Issue 330 – Welcome to July/August’s Charity News Review

Thank you to everyone who helped share and promote our Support during the Squeeze campaign on our awareness day on Wednesday 29 June. It was fantastic to see so many ACO members come together on social media to celebrate our sector’s work and how charities are helping people and families during the cost of living squeeze.

Earlier in June, it was great for ACO to be invited to attend a cross-sector rountable event on 20 June with Lambeth Council, where ACO’s Chief Executive Donal Watkin joined the panel to discuss improving access to financial support alongside Lightning Reach, Southern Housing Group and the Royal British Legion.

Lastly, we are holding our 75th AGM this Wednesday (6th July) online at 2:30pm – 4pm. If you have some time this Wednesday afternoon we would hugely appreciate your support by attending our AGM.
