Introduction from our Chief Executive
The combination of inflation, increasing energy costs and the impact of the cost of living crisis combined with the seismic shifts in office space utilisation as a result of the new hybrid working culture are causing huge issues for charities managing a property. In order to shed some light on some of the big picture issues affecting the charity property market and betterer understand your options (from maximising your existing space to exiting your property successfully) we have brought together experts from Ethical Property Foundation and Russell Cooke LLP to share their expert analysis and guidance. In the meantime, please mark your diaries – this year’s ACO Annual Conference will take place on Wednesday 27 September. We are currently planning the programme that will provide a diverse range of external speakers, panel discussions and breakout sessions to deliver a strong programme – and as usual an excellent opportunity for colleagues to come together and renew/build new relationships across the sector. Registration will launch w/c 5 June.
