ACO Trustee Recruitment 2019

ACO asks a lot of its trustees; you will be expected to get involved in the strategic direction of the charity and in return the role offers an opportunity for you to bring your skills and experience to the table.

If you belong to a charity member of the ACO you need to have the support and agreement of your organisation to be their nominated representative, before applying for a trustee role.

We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience in one or more of the following:

• Financial management, with a desire to be the ACO Treasurer
• Human Resources
• Technology strategy
• Communications, marketing and PR
• Digital, including online engagement and social media
• Diversity

The positions are unremunerated; reasonable travel expenses can be reimbursed. The commitment for trustees will be to attend 4 Board meetings a year in London and an annual awayday.
