Festive Fundraising Dinner with Raymond Blanc

Hospitality Action is offering the opportunity to join Raymond Blanc OBE and his Executive Head Chef Gary Jones and Chef Pâtissier Benoit Blin from the two Michelin-starred Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons at their Christmas fundraising dinner in London on 26th November.

Monsieur Blanc will also be joined in the kitchen by his protégées Robin Gill of award-winning The Dairy and Aggi Sverrisson from the Michelin-starred Texture during this seasonal celebration. Executive Group Chef Werner Seebach, head of the kitchen team at Chino Latino, will provide the  canapés and petit fours. As an added extra, guests will also be able to participate in a Q&A session with Raymond Blanc during the evening.
